Refund Policy

At Manjusha DigiTech, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services including website development, design, and marketing. Due to the nature of our work, all purchases are considered non-refundable once a project has been initiated, resources allocated, or deliverables provided.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Manjusha DigiTech are non-refundable. By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Website development
  • Graphic and logo design
  • Branding services
  • Digital marketing and SEO services
  • Any custom digital solution

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Unintentional transactions
  • Services not initiated due to internal reasons at our end

In such cases, a formal refund request must be submitted via email. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Refund Processing

If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 4–7 business days from the date of approval. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.


4. No Refunds in These Cases

No refund will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by the client (lack of input, feedback, or resources)
  • Project cancellation initiated by the client after commencement
  • Dissatisfaction without allowing reasonable opportunity for revision/fixes
